We’re going do show you vulnerabilities in the Emergency Alert System that will allow you to create your very own emgergency. We’ll show you the tools, the technology, and the joke that is the EAS. Hacker Halted is about zombies and analog hacking via RF...SkyDogCON will be about digital and hacks against the new network based EAS architecture from FEMA and DHS called the Integrated Public Warning and Alert System (IPAWS). This one is just so much fun...really...its even more hilariously sad than the RF hacks. Come join and you too can join in on the fun!
